Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Yarsa AllWorkss (OPC) Pvt Ltd (CIN U70200MH2024OPC428841, GSTIN 27AABCY875P1Z9), hereinafter "ABIS" or "We", and you ("User" or "Customer"), governing your use of ABIS (Allworkss Business Intelligence Suite) at allworkss.space.

2. Services Provided

ABIS provides AI-powered business intelligence reports for Indian SMEs. Services include:

• Module 1: Business Auditor (₹99) — financial health, ML scoring, anomaly detection, sentiment analysis
• Module 2: Supply Chain Intelligence (₹199) — vendor risk, logistics, procurement analytics
• Module 3: Inventory Intelligence (₹299) — stock optimisation, demand forecasting
• Module 4: Customer Intelligence (₹399) — customer segmentation, churn prediction
• Module 5: Financial Growth Planner (₹499) — growth modelling, investment readiness

Each report is delivered as PDF + PPT within minutes of payment confirmation. Reports are generated using proprietary ML models and Google Gemini AI based on data you provide.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter contracts under Indian law
• Registration is via Google OAuth 2.0 — you grant us access to your Google profile (name, email, photo)
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• One account per individual/business entity; creating multiple accounts to circumvent payment gates is prohibited

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST
• Payments are one-time per report; no subscription unless explicitly stated
• Payment processing is through Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking, wallets accepted
• ABIS issues a GST-compliant invoice after each successful payment
• Admin accounts (as designated internally) receive complimentary access
• Chargebacks initiated fraudulently will result in immediate account suspension

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload false, fabricated, or misleading financial data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our ML models or algorithms
• Share, resell, or redistribute generated reports without written consent
• Use the platform for illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud
• Attempt to bypass authentication, payment gates, or access controls
• Upload data containing personal information of third parties without lawful basis

6. Intellectual Property

All software, ML models, UI designs, report templates, and platform code are the exclusive intellectual property of Yarsa AllWorkss (OPC) Pvt Ltd. Reports generated for you are licensed to you for your internal business use only. You may not sublicense, resell, or publicly publish reports as your own product.

7. Limitation of Liability

Reports are analytical tools for informational purposes. They do NOT constitute professional financial advice, chartered accountancy advice, legal advice, or investment advice. ABIS is not liable for business decisions made based on report outputs. Our aggregate liability in any calendar year shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in that year.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yarsa AllWorkss (OPC) Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) data you upload; (c) your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms with 14 days notice posted on the platform. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes (pricing, data handling) will be communicated via registered email.
